Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum quantity that can be put into production is 2,4 m2.

Do you have stock?

The products are made to order, we do not have stock. During opening hours, by prior appointment, you have the opportunity to select from the cement and terrazzo tiles left over from previous productions at the Iamart Marketplace.

How can I place an order?

You can buy our products in our showroom in person, by email or via the website. We will start manufacturing your order after receiving a 50% deposit.

How to pay?

You can pay the deposit and the total purchase price by bank transfer or in cash on site.

How do I know when production starts?

The order will be manufactured within the timeframe indicated in the quotation, which is calculated from the date of payment of the deposit/receipt of the deposit in our bank account. We will inform you when the order is ready. Customized patterns and colours can be ordered after precise consultation, depending on the design process and our production capacity.

How to store cement tiles before laying them?

After a strict quality control, the cement and terrazzo tiles are packed in a cardboard box and delivered to our customers. We recommend storing the tiles in the boxes until the tiling work is started. The tiles may be damaged until they are laid down, please ensure safe storage.

What is the proper way of tile care and maintenance?

Cement and terrazzo tiles should be impregnated individually and piece by piece before tiling, after laying the tiles and grouting them with cement milk, we recommend their surface treatment with waxing. Our leaflet on tiling and the treatment of tiles is available on our website. Impregnation of cement and/or terrazzo tiles can be carried out in our workshop as an additional service, if required. The recommended care products are available for purchase in our showroom.

Can cement tiles be used with underfloor heating?

Cement and terrazzo tiles can be used with underfloor heating. Cement tiles are 16 mm thick, terrazzo tiles are 18 mm thick.
